Was just gonna post the same thing. I do that all the time. I find some tune I like, then just loop it for like all morning. Must be driving neighbours mad!

This is soooo true! Not only in coding, but even when doing IM, SEO, Emailing, Social Media. Getting in the zone is hard... and the zone is fragile... anything can get you off it.

Hi one of the most problem I have is I can't seem to stop jerking off when I am trying to work at home. Wit the comfort of my own privacy, there's no one telling me NOT to look at porn or no consequence of looking at porn and jerking off as no one is around.

How do you combat this porn addiction which cuts into a large amount of work time ?

In the end, I ended up working in library or a public place where I know for sure I wouldn't dare look at porn.
