  2. STOPS YOU FROM TAKING CARE OF YOUR HEALTH NATURALLY - YOU ARE FORCED TO HAVE TO RELY ON THE MEDICAL / PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES WHO AIM IS MAXIMUM PROFIT AND FOR YOU TO REMAIN SICK SO THEY CAN KEEP YOU HOOKED ON THEIR PRODUCTS;
  3. WILL FORCE YOU TO RELY ON LOW-STRENGTH, SYNTHETIC SUPPLEMENTS MADE BY PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES;
  4. OR FORCE YOU TO BUY EXPENSIVE, Rx ONLY HI-STRENGTH SYNTHETIC SUPPLEMENTS MADE BY THE $MULTI-BILLION PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES"

If he believes that Obama, Bush, and Palin all share the same reptilian alien father then he'll probably believe anything. Looking at the actual document: Executive Order 13544 - Wikisource it looks like another useless congressional advisory panel that accomplishes nothing but provide c-span with 3 hours of content. Waste of time money and resources? Absolutely. Secret plot by the new world order to starve everybody and outlaw vitamin c? Unlikely.
 
I dont agree - this article is a brain washing article - i hate articles that shows the "facts" like that - maybe he didnt meant it like that, Maybe he meant to help by providing better health insurance by reducing the none scientific meds . i mean yes its bind us to not use alternative meds and supplements but, who guarantees that alte and supp are any good ?
there is years of meds and pharmaceuticals experiments and while alternative meds are based on experience and not on science - normal meds are and for 99% of the time ones they hit the public market they do cure or manage the illness you got.

i dont thinks its a bads thinks there are alot of crazy people out there, mothers,grandmothers or fathers that treats there kids with (i call it - bullshit meds) and end up making there kids sicker.

"mother i have HIV - go drink tea and put some mint leafs on your forehead" kind of meds - i dont approve.

he maybe enforcing 1 thing but he helps in another.

i want to see a person whos just broke his arm or had his shoulder dislocated going for the doc and asking him - please give me some alternative meds to ease the pain.
no one would do that they would ask for morphine or something like that.
and with this health insurance plan this miserable fella who just lost his shoulder or got infected with Swine flue, will be able to go and treat him self in a much better and controlled environment.

I don't see how this is possible. What are they going to do, shut down every GNC store (for example)? From what I gather the CDC can take a certain product off the market. I don't think that supplements can no longer be sold/consumed.

In any case, I'm starting to get a little pissed off. Who the fuck is the "government" to tell me I can't ingest things that come out of the Earth?

Keep taking our freedoms away day by day and see what's going to happen in the end...

In reference to what? This claim has been debunked as false, see the Snopes link above. Nobody is making teh berries illegal, so relax your socialist-scare cries.
 
this thread made me shit my pants when I first read it...but I assume this is a nothing legislation that won't effect anything. If it was passed a couple months ago...nothing has changed yet.
