Past few months I noticed that my earnings have been slightly lower than expected.

so today while checking the template, I found a mysterious base-64 encoded javascript.

curious enough, viewing the page adsense, sales comission banners and clicks, they display a different affiliate id than mine !

WTF !

what can I do ? report this to google and affiliate networks ?

I have contacted them, but no response.

why the fuck would I get banned ? I am the victim. Somehow my web site was compromised and another asshole's affiliate link overwrites mine.

Bet me a dollar? Just google "lost my adsense account" and you'll figure it out. You are assuming that Google needs a reason (valid or otherwise).
 
okay but those are for fraud clicks. in my case, my google publisher id and affiliate ids has been overwritten by the clever javascript. So my site was making money for some other fucking punk.

You changed it back, right? Why are you so focused on your earnings being (in your words) "slightly lower than expected"? Change it back and be happy you're now making the full amount.

I would just tell your host and see what they say about security in case there's anything that needs to be fixed, and then keep moving and get some work done.

I know it's past earnings but this pisses me off significantly, since I am doing low 5 digits per month in revenues.

checking logs they see some foreign ip....fuck me how did they get my ftp pass ?

so I think someone hacked my server, put the JS. or dropped a trojan on me

what can I do here ? so this person can be held liable for unathorized access at least right ? since they are the clear benefactor. but just because I found the google publisher id on my server, what would google do about it ? Can I get the publisher id's address and name ?

doesn't this mean that the publisher id equates the hacker ? I'm gonna fuck this bitch

subpoena Goog ?
 
There is a ton of this shit going on this month, what the fuck is with September? Last week someone else posted about the same thing, and they figured out how to find out exactly who was doing it. They ended up getting his Adsense account banned, his CPA account taken away, basically the guy was fucked. I wonder if it is the same guy?

Check out the other thread, and talk to the OP there, he might be able to steer you in the right direction.

I know you're pissed, but take a step back for a moment and just really figure out approximately how much you lost and then consider if it's worth your time going after this guy. Chances are if he's foreign you won't recover anything, and even if you could, you really have to ask yourself if it's worth it. You might want to just consider the loss as a lesson learned. Trying to subpoena Google is going way beyond trying to screw over a Craigslist spammer that tried to sell you teeth whitener.

Perfect timing too as the link you provided caused data loss as I was sending some sensitive documents to my lawyer. I was wondering if anyone would be retarded enough to post that site in a thread by a guy looking to sue.
