Any one know of a good domain register compeny ?



godaddy is about as cheap as they come if you find the right coupon code. dnf2 is one that comes to mind as working well for .com's. just google it and you'll find a relevant coupon code for you

I haven't paid that much for a domain since AOL was my way onto the internet!

Namecheap is ok, but they don't give a shit about their customers and make it hard for you to leave.

Give resell.biz a try. They might surprise you.

Rsell.biz dont have a online suppor or a phone number i dont deal with companies that doesnt share / has online customer support.

Then sign up for their Discount Domain Club. I did 3 years ago and have been getting .com's for $7.46 or something without a coupon. I don't buy nearly as many domains as I use too, so I'm letting the subscription expire, but it's worth it if you buy a lot. Otherwise, getting one of the many promo codes is pretty quick by Googling it.

But yes, NameCheap is a viable option. I've been putting a lot of my project domains there lately since you get free Whois Privacy, and I hate dealing with GoDaddy's privacy when you have to disable it to renew the domain.
 
you 'just' realized how much you are paying for your domains and you can't figure out how to google domain registrars?

I'm thinking that DP or WF might be more your type of forum.

Namecheap = free who is protection, which is $10 or more @ Godaddy. Plus Godaddy will fuck you on renewals. No brainer.

So far, so good with namecheap support. Highly recommend them.
