Honest opinions please...

It's terrible, it sounds like a song you would expect to hear in a really camp gay bar.

Parts of the vocals and keys sound out of key with each other.

It's decent though -- kinda reminds me of this tune:

I swear I heard this song this morning at the dentist's office. Or was it in the elevator on the way to the dentist?

The sound quality is good, he has a good voice, but the whole package itself just seems dated? I can't say that I (or most of us here) listen to this genre of music, so perhaps we aren't the best judge.

Fair enough, but there is a market for that kind of stuff, so if he banks from it, it's all good :)

Stonebridge is a quality producer so your buddy must be chuffed with that praise. I produce house music on Reason4 myself and I always try to create more underground stuff so that HedKandi vibe is not what I would usually go for. I did like the strings and pianos though, but not too fond on the vocals - an instrumental would be better for me. Those pianos did sound like they could do with going back under the mixer, but I take it he just uploaded a lower quality mix up on YouTube?! Good to hear that he has got all that interest from those djs/producers. Tell him to keep it going, he could go far!:)
