nah, she doesn't get anything at all. The reason girls still get periods when they're on the pill is because 7 of their 28 pills are just sugar/placebo pills, that force the body to have a period. Technically, women don't need periods, and if a girl were to skip here sugar pills each month and just move directly to the next pack, she could force herself to skip the period as well.

depends on how heavily she menstruates in general, there might still be spotting/signs of them with some chicks. For the most part though, the hormones prevent the body from cycling
