Most of the minorities of America and large portion of guilty whities think the government is there to give them everything. They have no knowledge of the Constitution and no knowledge of the role of American government is supposed to play in every day life.

We can. Here's how:
Get rid of laws and regulations that prevent individuals from getting along with each other. Trade laws, legal tender, minimum wage laws, all taxes, etc.
We all want the same basic thing: we want to live better lives. Laws get in the way. A free market breeds cooperation amongst individuals, regardless of race, gender, age, etc.
People think laws encourage cooperation and social harmony. In fact, laws do the exact opposite. Very few people understand this.
Tell that to Obama who marketed himself as the first black president. That was all we heard from the liberal media, "ZOMG historic first black president blah blah blah..."
Judging by the number of people who I've heard call Obama a "stupid fucking nigger" (and live in SWMO), I'd say they consider him to be black.
