Has anyone heard of this Centrelink CPA network?

So I came across this video of some guy promoting an Australian CPA network. Does anyone have any experience with these biz ops and are they open to everyone or just Australians?

if you live in australia then centrelink is definitely the best option for work-from-home opportunities with regular fortnightly payments. best way to increase your payouts is have more kids!
