That's right bitches, I'm an ordained minister. It only took about 5 minutes to fill out a form and a few days for shipping. Anyway thought some people might get a kick out of it. Oh and the church that does it Universal Life Church I bet they make a killing.

100% truth. A friend at work has the same thing and has married more than one couple. I just watched the process with him a few weeks ago, from the preparation to the ceremony and the court documents after.

I actually took it a step further in my first year of university, and filled our free applications for gas cards, air miles card, blockbuster card etc and choose REV D. CLEMENT instead of MR. so I could flash my status around.

Guys - This church is a genuine church.

The story goes like this:

If you are a minister, you are exempt from conscription to war ( Vietnam was the big one in case here).

A group of Jazz musicians who were against such behaviours decided to start their own church - the Universal Life Church to avoid being forced to fight in wars which they did not believe in.

Infact - to this day, most influential and important Jazz musicians are still a member of this church. I know they also meet regularly all around the world to discuss matters pertinent to them. If this church has a God - it is Jazz music.
