Certificate = A document certifying ownership

Birth certificate = you are the property of a government and they used that document to get loans.

But in order for it to be lawful, they have agreed to provide for anything you need.

Here is someone that can explain it better.

Take the 2 hours or so to watch these videos and look the stuff up to see if its true or not. (this is just the part about getting things for free and birth certificate - watch the whole complete series its about 50 min).

Why don't you watch the videos and do the due diligence before calling something bullshit just because it sounds outrages.
 
Take this bullshit back to ATS and go read some actual case law and you will realize just how badly you are embarrassing yourself.

Let me give you a useful piece of advice first though, Iamnre:

Whenever you hear something like this, or how income tax is against the constitution, or a sure way to get government grants for every occasion, or anything else too good to be true, really... Ask yourself this first before believing it for one second:

"If this is true and lots of people were doing it, why haven't the laws been changed yet to outlaw this?"

-Because believe you me, everything in this world that could bankrupt your country can and will be made illegal as murdering elected officials.

Usually decades or centuries ago, which I suspect is the case here.
