after some content quality issues and huge delays with last order

I decided to give it a 2nd try, and just ordered another package of 5 HOTHs and send over the specifications now

However, the form here allows me only to enter 3 of the 5 HOTHs

I need the 2 first submitted ones done ASAP, so I submitted them rightaway

please get back regarding specs for the remaining 2 HOTHs

With regard to the your question-

Unfortunately, you can't split 1 x 5HOTH packages,
into 5 separate 1HOTH packages. The latter is
substantially more work and costs $100 more.

We can still do it, but each package, regardless of
size only accepts up to 3 URLs total, with up to 5
keywords each.

I sent you the same thing by email.

Hi guys,

Thought I would post my review. I ordered a 1 hoth as a test, we had no other backlinking or seo work going on at the time and saw some really positive increases in SERPs for some quite competitive keywords. We came back for more with the special offer on over the Christmas period. (5 hoth 170 dollars). Have again been really impressed with the results so far.

In terms of content and links, everything has been as expected and on time.
(I dont have the historical stats here but were page 1 for all terms we wanted)

We had just recieved the 2nd report for the 5 hoth and I noticed the blogspot accounts all seemed to have been suspended. No problem, I was already happy with the results but thought a quick heads up to Alex & et al was in order just to check they were aware of the issue. Response came back in less than an hour, I was informed that they were aware of this issue and had already started to address the issue. I was offered to take part in some beta testing to make up for these missing links. Really impressed by the service and by the way my minor issue was handled!

Shame some of the guys who dispatch our products arent as customer focused!

Will be back for more!

Yeap. Got all my rankings back (and then some) within 2 days of getting my report. Coincidence? I dunno, but going from page 10+ on all my KWs (xrumer slap) right back to page 1 made me :D

I'm not really happy with the service I received.

I ordered 2x 5hoth packs.. one was a 2 month old site, and another was a 3 year old PR4 domain.. I'm really disapoi9nted with the service I received and I think the service got one of my sites sandboxed.


Firstly
They create all your order information in google docs, the create your activation email account on gmail. They create your blog in blogspot and blogger [both google companies].

They even post on google knowl and I had the google knowledge blogs marked as spam on delivery.

Now, I don't know about you, but I don't want google finding out about this.

Secondly
All these promisies of delivery deadlines, and garantees is just bollox, I received my complete order 6 weeks after I paid. They have all sorts of caluses in the promise.. The coulddown to garanteed delivery date doesn't actually start until they email you tell you about the project. This took one site 3-4 days, and another site a FEW WEEKS.

This isn't really a promise or garantee of anything, this is just bullshit to make you buy their service. They will take however long they want.

Thirdly
They got my site site sandboxed. It was sitting happily on #14 and I got roped into their catchy sales page, I thought all I need is a 5oth and I'm on page 1. simples?

Reality struck immediately after I received my social media portion. I got slapped down to #60.. a week later I was sandboxed and placed right at the end of serps. And it's been a month since that time and I'm still sandboxed.

Here's why.

They did a crap job with the spinning article.

This is a screenshot of my copyscape match. 50% of the words are exactly the same. They screwed me. They blasted websites with 50% duplicate content articles all over the web. And I'm not talking about 50% similar words.. Entire sentences are duplicated.. Just look at all the highlighted pink on the image above.

They fucked me, and they even copied two of MY OWN ezine articles as seed and screwed me over.



RESULTS
The new site got sandboxed.

The PR4 3year old site.. didn't budge at all in rankings.. it stayed exactly the same.

I'm highly skeptical of the other reviews that are making this wild claims of amazing rankings.. Judge them with their itrader scores.. 1,2,3... Sure I'm an itrader 8.. That's not exactly a lot. But there are plenty of people with higher itrader scores saying similar things.


I don't want alex to fix this, he fucked me over.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. So that I can spend it on a manual article writer to post on high quality sources so that I can build up my sites trust.
 
I was also underdelivered on everything

The advertised 500 profile submissions, x amount of social bookmarks, and 1500 article submissions.. and some mystery RSS module

Truth is I got half of the profiles, and social bookmarks. I got 790 "urls" in the article submission report.

The first part of the report was glowing, all the links look really good. However towards the end of the list the urls are full of crap like

I complaine dto them about this and they did another run on the submission.. I got another 790 urls.. I merged the list together and performed duplicat checks.. removed a few, and then I ran a backlink check.. I was left with 290 articles that actually link back to my site.. Out of the 1500 I ordered I received 290 links


This shit gets worse.. to be continued
 
Tiger, I'm sorry you're really unsatisfied with the service you received,
but you have been blatantly dishonest in parts of your review.

Although I never go digging through a customers business, since you
have brought it to light in this way, I'm going to share what I've found
as well.

Did the HOTH get you sandboxed
or was it X-Rumer?

In the review above, you claim that our poor writing got you
sandboxed. I have already addressed our previous writing issues
several times, even made a video about it. Anyone that has informed
me of issues has had it fixed promptly.

But that is besides the point.

In this post on 12/24 you admitted that you had gotten an X-rumer blast
6 days after your HOTH report.

got sandboxed. ALSO, earlier in this thread you made a post
explicitly stating that The HOTH is NOT the reason you
got sandboxed.

Ok, let's take a look-

The idea that we are somehow "doctoring" reviews
on here or intentionally getting unexperienced people
to review is really out of line and very disrespectful
to numerous established members on here.

But you say, "judge them by their itrader," so lets-

I can assure you we did not coerce any of these members
into leaving positive reviews.

RE: Under Delivering -
We Actually Gave You Extras of Everything You Asked For.

For some portions of the service, the acceptance rate was
lower than usual, but still within promised quantities.

Since Tiger was having trouble with his site, we gladly helped
him out by giving him extras of any links he requested.

Regarding Articles: We did realize there was an issue with some
of the directories no longer functioning so we offered him a beta
test of our new Volume Module, which submits to a database of 800
sites instead of 300.

Since Tiger had previously mentioned that his site had been sanboxed,
we waited for him permission to give him the additional article links.
To this date, he never granted it, so we never gave him the extra article
links.

Conclusion: Read the Review Above with a Grain of Salt
& Make Your own Decision.

Regardless, We Don't Get Off on Unhappy Customers.

What a fucking LIAR. I did agree to the extra submissions, and he complied and gave me the extra submissions. Dax even sent me a submission report.

What I didn't realise at the time was I was shooting myself in the foot. Because they were blasting out even more duplicate content.

The chart you noted is quite funny - the day after delivery, the site goes through a "google dance" (basically it lost rankings), comes back LOWER than where it started, never got any higher than that, but you put ALL the blame on the xrumer blast, when it could have easily been when your content started getting indexed?

Come on dude. There's a line between customer service, and blaming your client for YOUR mistakes - at least own up to them. Yea, business may be slow during this time period of admitting your mistakes, but at least you'll be respected in the morning. As a provider on WF, I can honestly say that your customer service is by far the worst I've seen on WF. You blame your clients and hardly ever own up to your mistakes - except when it comes to "poor quality articles" - which you blame on your writers.

Seriously, man up. People need to open their eyes to providers with excellent marketing skills - which you have - and absolutely no business sense.

You can start dissecting this post whenever you're ready, but i'll save you some time - I really don't care what you post after this. I'm tired of seeing clients used and abused on here by providers like you. Why? Because I was in the same boat before, and it doesn't feel good. Having a provider owning up to the mistakes and trying to fix them is 10x better than blaming the buyer.

Conclusion: I seriously doubt that this was the buyer fault - xrumer blast or not. As an "seo expert" you should know that duplicate content can easily harm a site. And we aren't just talking words being duplicate, we're talking about damn near full paragraphs being copied. That's just unfair.

I'm not sure why someone hasn't spoken up about this, since there is more than one complaint in this thread regarding the same thing over and over again. Maybe it's time you work on your customer service skills instead of ALWAYS finding fault in other places.

This makes sense to me. I did xrumer on the site before and hyad no issues with it what so ever. The exact same 5000 links.

The site lost rankings immediately after the social media portion of the hoth.. and then a week later they start doing article submissions. The article submissions have duplicate content like hell as they are very badly spun. That may have caused the sandboxing.

Those were NOT extra submissions.

Those are were submissions for your SECOND package.

If you do want the extra submissions, we'll gladly fix up
your articles and do them, just say the word.

If you look through our emails, you will find that after
Dax sent you an email asking for your permission to
give you the second set of articles (Jan 9), you didn't
respond. That's why it wasn't done. If I'm wrong about
this, you will have that email in your sent emails folder
and can forward it to me, and I will admit that I was
completely wrong.

We want to deliver outstanding service, all we ask is that
you communicate with us and give us the chance to do what we say.

What are you going to do fix this? You only going to post more duplicate content.

I suggest you stop making personal attacks agaisnt me, making claims that I don't communicate or respoind to your emails..

If you keep going down this path. I will resort to posting screenshots of emails of the email communiucation between you and me. And I will go round writing reviews about your service across ALL webmaster forums. WHEREVER you post these adverts.

I'm mad already because I lose 3 months of HARD WORK. All down the drain from the sandbox. I'm EVEN MORE mad with your repeated lies on these forum posts and personal attacks against me.
