Coding partner needed for great projects.

Description:
I need a PHP/MySQL coding partner for a few projects I would like to get up and running.

They include the following:

CheatingSchool.com - I have a custom design already made.

FunnyShit.biz - I have a media site CMS purchased as well as a few thousand pictures/games. I would like a new CMS or to heavily modify the one I have.

All partners will be 50% owner of any website we work on together, and will receive 50% of the revenue the site generates through any stream (after my initial investment has been reimbursed).

recouping your initial investment is not an equitable position for your partner. You put in cash equity and your partner sweat equity. If you're going to get reimbursed for all the money you put in then your partner needs to be reimbursed for all the coding he/she puts in as well

Yeah, valid point, thats all being worked out with each individual partner.

I guess I should mention that Index of / has a partner already, so I'm happy.
