Is this fully functional?

If it is - how do we add things to it, make reviews, add companies etc?
 


It's a paid directory for people who own companies/sites that want to advertise. Paid for advertisers, free for users to give reviews. We're still working on it.

Do we contact you for prices if we wanted to advertise (not that I'm ready yet!) - and how do I make a review - or is that what you are still working on?
