This is a one time fee for a one time service. Blogposts are dripped(posted) if you want 100/week for 4 weeks or 200/week for 2 weeks. Either option you choose is ok and within each post you can have up to 3 urls with 3 keywords/anchors max. Totaling 1200 . I hope this helps.
