Was Osama actually captured alive?



why would you believe a report from Pakistan that originally came from a 12 year old daughter (sympathizer) of Osama over the US government?

Are you really that confident that "the al-Arabiya network" is a news source dedicated to objective and unopinionated news?

Like I said above - it's obviously not a credible witness, and normally I'd take no stock in it. However, anyone with half a brain knows that something is not right w/ the story coming out of the Whitehouse. Simply because it has been told several different ways now, and none of the accounts are even close to being the same. If there are pictures, and video - then there should only be one account of the story. They know exactly what went on in there, they were watching it unfold. However now they're trying to explain it like they don't really know what went down. Right!

We have videos, pictures, proof, oodles of evidence about landing on the moon...yet that still hasnt been remotely close to enough.

It's a lost cause. Those that want to believe, will. Those that don't, won't.
 
If they release actual evidence it will likely point to a second shooter on the grassy knoll.
 
I wish the real world was even remotely as fascinating/interesting as conspiracy theorists like to believe it is. Osama Bin Laden's dead body is decomposing/being eaten by crabs right now in the bottom of the Arabian sea, guarantee it.

No one is saying they don't believe he's dead. Most (and that includes many democrats and republicans) are now realizing that the WhiteHouse accounts of what went on in there are contradictory. Their stories don't match up. And then the quick dumping of the body and lame excuse for it makes anyone w/ multiple brain-cells wonder what the hell really happened.

He's dead. That part is believable. But there has to be a really good reason why they don't want to give all Americans closure with a video or picture. Especially when they bother to give all Iraqis closure with the release of video and pictures of Saddam's hanging. And that reason is not the lame one they're coming up with. Unless it is completely true that the current Administration IS more sympathetic towards other Countries than our own.

I never said anything about him being dead or not, and that being the conspiracy.

The point being that "where is the picture" shouldnt be the first question that is asked by the public. And if these are the first and only questions......doesnt that somewhat prove what may be going wrong with the country in the first place?

Saddam's hanging was a leaked cell phone video, not the white house. Let me ask you this, when was the last time our government officially released gory death photos of anyone? That's just simply something they do not do out of respect. If they leak, they leak, not much you can do there.

" Desperate to convince Iraqis that they have killed Saddam Hussein's sons, the United States military on Friday released video of the bodies of Odai and Qusai Hussein and invited journalists to view the remains."


This is exactly how they should have handled this one.

A much better question is:

Why were top level ISI and CIA officials holding classified meetings in Washington for the month leading-up to the capture and execution of OBL?

A good follow-up question would be:

What role did CIA contractor Raymond Davis play prior to being arrested for double-murder in Pakistan and why did the CIA pay $2.4 million for his release?

Oh snap, what if this is like a horror movie. They throw the body in the sea, but at the end of the movie you see the hand come out of the water or something and it cuts to the credits. Then there is a sequel of the movie! Uh oh... dun dun dun!

And yet everyone still questioned it...especially those in the Middle East.

So even with photo and video etc etc...there were still conspiracies out there and people who didnt "believe"

So the white house received a lot of flak for releasing the pictures, and yet still didnt "prove" anything.

Hence maybe the White House learned their lesson, and realized it simply isnt worth the effort to shut up the conspiracy theorists? Cuz either way, it's never going to happen so we may as well burn the Osama pics and video and let Al Qaeda sleeping dogs lie.
 
There's nothing you can do to appease these conspiracy people.

The question is, do the Al Qaeda leaders have the balls to make a new video, claiming that Osama is dead, but that he was taken a while ago?
 
No, because people who blow up women & children because God said they should don't have balls pal.

That's all well and good, but their reasoning for not releasing it was because they wanted to be sensitive. And that just doesn't fit in with their past behaviors.

Also - when was the last time you heard a good "Saddam's sons are still alive" conspiracy theory? Yeah exactly! lol

Sorry, but there's no getting around that this stinks to high heaven.

I mean really, what was the first thing you thought when you heard that they dumped the body in the ocean? It was the same thing I was thinking when they had that slow speed car chase of O.J. Simpson after they found his wife murdered. I was thinking (and so was everyone else) that there's something not right w/ this picture. He's definitely guilty of something here.

Let's turn this around for a minute. What kind of field day would the media have had if George Bush, instead of capturing Saddam Hussein, just killed him and dumped his body in the ocean? Do you think for one second that they wouldn't give him a hard time about it? Especially if he went on National TV and took credit for killing him? Don't you think they'd be asking for some visual proof? I guarantee you they would.
