Let's not post pics and talk about supplements.

Berto, I see you take creatine monohydrate. I have taken creatine for about 8 years now. When I first started taking creatine all I took was monohydrate. But as time went on other creatines came onto the market such as creatine ethyl ester where you don't have to load. Just curious if there were any advantages to taking the monohydrate compared to the other kinds.

Creatine monohydrate is safe, effective, has the most studies, and is CHEAP. I guess mixing a few different types is a good idea to hit different pathways, but good ol' mono is still #1 in my book.

However, watch out for creatine hydrochloride (not CEE). It's what's in CreaForm (from ProMera Labs) and I think GNC's Amplified creatine. Expensive but the shit works in terms of strength gains. Lots of good reviews too. Not worth my money though, at least not yet. I await price drops. It's bitter and acidic.

Oh and if anyone wants a fat burner that will knock you completely off your ass, try RoxyLean ECA from BPI Sports. Good freaking God. One capsule and I'm wired beyond wired... it's almost scary.

Gaspari Nutrition's Spirodex is fun too. A bit mood enhancing... my buddy calls em happy pills and takes one before drinking (probably not smart but he's nuts).

Not normally using fat burners though since I like my preworkouts so much.

modfanil....seriously bro? i take that shit for my narcolepsy. didn't know anyone else could get that.

It's widely available from online pharmacies, no prescription needed. I take modafinil sometimes, because I usually get drowsy in the middle of the day. Only problem is that the effect of one little pill of 100 mg taken in the morning lasts for a long time, disturbing the sleep cycle for a couple of days afterwards. Also, it is a pretty strong appetite suppressant, but that's not necessarily a negative...
I have some extremely productive days when I'm on piracetam and modafinil.

considering many are quality products...

They really aren't. A protein supplement can be useful, maybe creatine (doesn't work for everyone), and that's about it. Eating healthily is 50% of making good gains in the gym, the rest is training hard. If you stay legal there is no shortcut, hard work and consistancy is the best way by far.

Lixus Test 300
Lixus Dbol
Protein Powder

Rest from whole foods. I have a whole chest freezer full of steaks and chicken breasts.

Fish oil and a multivitamin aren't all about gains in the gym. Fish oil, not everyone can (or wants to) eat a bunch of salmon every day.

There's even a prescription drug that's nothing but fish oil, an FDA approved pharmaceutical; Lovaza - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Multivitamins have benefit.

Jack3d is legal and helps energy and focus in the gym, and has creatine. Also where do you get the idea that creatine 'doesn't work for everyone'? It's a necessary acid for the human body: Creatine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I didn't say "eat junkfood but take supplements, you'll be good bro". Eat well, work out, and supplements can help.

If you eat well you don't need multivitamins, you just piss them away, and there are studies that show a higher rate of mortality if you do take them, I posted it earlier, here it is again:
Vitamin supplements may increase risk of death | Science | The Guardian

I know what creatine is, and I suggest you read the article you posted. First line of the article:
'Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates'
then later:
'Creatine is not an essential nutrient, as it is manufactured in the human body from L-arginine, glycine, and L-methionine.'

You get it mainly from meat. I've used it as a supliment myself in the past, and it did fuck all for me, and yes I did load up on it and stuck with it a while. Again, if you eat healthily then suplimenting it doesn't always lead to improvements.

A lot of stuff posted in this thread really is similar to the shit we peddle. I'm speaking from the experience of training for longer than most people on here have been alive, and trying most of them out at some point.

I have a ton of Primaforce piracetam before they stopped selling it. It's nasty bitter powder, but was way cheaper than the pills out now. 2g of that.

Aniracetam, I have from CTD Labs. I take 1 or 2 750mg capsules. I know it's kicking in when things get really BRIGHT. It definitely works on some visual sensory nerves. I would guess that it takes me 20-25 minutes usually.

There have been studies showing that Aniracetam has anti-anxiety applications. I have taken it before partying a few times, and EVERY time my game was on fire like you wouldn't believe. I really didn't think I was doing anything different, but it's just something I noticed on Sunday. No clue why.

No tolerance breaks. I just bought one bottle of 60 caps. Kinda expensive, but the above paragraph makes me think I'll buy it again after some time off when I run out.
Berto, do you take any choline with your Aniracetam?
p.s. You can check smartpowders website for BULK source.

Bought spirodex today, going to give it a try.

One study doesn't really convince me of the negatives or positives. After being in the science world myself for so long, it will take more studies that build on it to really build a case that something is totally harmful or totally helpful. How many times have diet researchers gone back and forth on the health effects of eggs for instance.

Right now there is more evidence to show the positives of certain vitamins (in moderation) than negatives (unless you count Vit. A toxicity if you take a metric fuck ton).

Fish oil is showing lots of positives and nearly no negatives unless it's from the liver of certain fish and hasn't been purified of Vitamin A due to potentially high levels. Most studies say supplementation of it is not a bad thing, because most people are not going to be eating salmon every single day.

recently changed from jack3d to BullNOX.... about the same effect but tastes muuuuucccccchhhhhhhh better.. you will thank me later.
