NOOOOOO, I hope it doesnt end, ive been watching south park forever. The show could literally go on forever since it always reflects current events.

This season started HUGE with the centipad. I was expecting some epic shit this season but its been all down hill from there. The rest of this season has been "meh" at best compared to past seasons.

Then last night the played the worst episode I have ever seen. What the fuck was all of that even about? The preview seems like it would be good, but then it had nothing to do with music after all. It was just a side joke to the growing older, growing part, drama that was the episode. When it ended all I could say was "WTF was that shit".

If they keep this up I am just going to stop watching.

Last night's was my favorite episode this season...

It really reflected everything they've done so far and the part where the kids thought their shitty music was good reminded me of how I feel when I hear deadmou5.

I'm looking forward to a change as long as Stan's dad stays in the canon.

Just watched it over lunch. I thought it was brilliant.

I've been friends with a completely cynical person... it's rough man. They might show flashes of awesomeness, but those kinds of people do need to be removed from your life if they're bringing you down. So that struck kinda close to home.

As for the ending... I'd rather they warn us and do something fun with it, just in case they don't re-sign.

You think, it's over man?

HAHAHAHA. No dude. I meant that I loved the episode but the ending was legitimately sad. I almost got weepy n shit.

I had no clue it was their last season.

P.S. This image is a good depiction of me getting weepy.

They were on Nightline a few months back and said they were tired of South Park and it had just become "work" at this point. They want to focus on their Broadway play. My money is on this being the last season.

I thought it was great too. The topical stuff that they've been doing for the last 6 or 7 years has always been funny but it won't stand the test of time the way an episode with more universal themes like this one or those from the first several years, or especially old school Simpsons. (Fuck I'm starting to sound like a cynical asshole like Stan :))

In the next episode I hear Stan joins WickedFire

It must be a ton of work with only having about a week to turn around a storyline from whatever happens to be going on in the world.

I'm looking forward to whenever The Book of Mormon goes on tour.

They did what they do best...they made us think the episode was about one frivolous thing and then smacked us with the reality of their message. To me, the show was about depression and how when stuff like divorce happens if feels like the whole world is shitting on you and everything is shit in general.

I am really curious as to where they are going with it but I really don't think this is the last season. I just think they are aging them up again.

Book of Mormon soundtrack is great...really hope they tour it to the Bay Area.

At the end of Season 8 they said the same thing and nobody thought they would renew but they did.

Also I thought most of this season was awful, but I thought this episode was really good.

I <3 Randy! Does anyone remember the Tree House / Truth Or Dare episode when Randy and Sharen broke up the first time? Randy was single and partying in Cartman's tree house with a bunch of high school chicks!

But last night made me sad.....
