What would you put in it if you where to create a service that is at least 10 times better then it?

And if you are already using their pro service, what feature would make you switch to a competitor?

The question you should be asking yourself is: "can I build something that scales better for less"?

If you can't get the basic service out there, handle their current load of scraping and sending information through their API, etc. then you need to stop now before continuing down this road.
