I just checked it out the most recent few hundred followers and I didn't see an abnormal amount of egg photos or no activity accounts. I saw plenty of accounts following 5 accounts with no follow-backs and 3 tweets - but that's how most twitter accounts look. I forget the number but a staggering amount of twitter accounts are registered and then abandoned
