Looks like someone in the backseat of the BMW started choking out the citizen.

Also for those that need a translation as why the "citizen" sat in the car, it was because the mob guy asked him to come inside so he could explain without the camera around.
 
The citizens were pissed because the mob guy was standing at the side of the street. They wanted him to drive down a bit more and get some parking spot. I can't read Russian, so I can't say what's on the sticker.
