Philadelphia institutes curfew to stave off flash mobs

Residents younger than 13 will have to be home by 10 p.m., while those under 18 can be out until midnight. Nobody under 18 can be downtown on Fridays and Saturdays after 9 p.m.

Hey--that's where I live! Philly is the only city I know of that just can't do flash mobs right. They always turn bad.
i think it depends on the mob
when white folks flash mob they dance or take off their pants
when blk ppl flash mob they rob and/or beat
i have no doubt police are going to use their personal discretion when enforcing this law ( leave white kids alone) and it will probably open a whole other can of worms

Animals go on instincts. if they knew how to act they wouldn't be wild animals (they would b white)
Yeah, if only they would instead be against this wild savage behavior, like the mayor who passed the curfew and the police who will be enforcing it. Oh wait, the mayor is black and so is a couple thousand of the officers.
