Ok, I'm fairly skinny, and I want to bulk up, 'coz dem ladies like those buff, muscley dudes. I'm 5'11"ish and about 150lb. I have a bit of flab, I'm currently using the 100 pushups app and 5 minute ab workout app to try and tighten my gut.

Basically my goal weight is about 200lb, but I need to build muscle while putting the weight on. I don't want to do a special diet due to my living arrangements at the moment, and I don't really want to go to the gym.

One of the first things I'm gonna start with is to start eating three meals a day, as I usually only have two meals a day and some days I only eat one meal. This is to start gaining weight. I'm gonna keep going on this 100 pushups program, plus probably do a more intensive abs workout, but I'm kinda stuck past this.

Can anyone here recommend supplements/exercises and maybe an idea of how to do what I want to do?

You're already screwed before you've even started.

Diet is about 80% of the work when bulking up. You should be looking at eating 5 meals a day, taking in about 3500 calories. Eating mostly fresh chicken, fish, eggs, brown rice, nuts, oats, fresh fruit & veg; whatever's a decent source of protein.

If you really can't go to a gym, check out Nerd Fitness: Helping You Lose Weight, Get Stronger, Live Better. for body-weight routines.

Once you've got those down, then think about supplements.

Really you need to get yourself a gym membership and a solid diet if you want to see decent gains though. You're not going to build muscle without putting it under stress.

As far as supplements go, they are not going to do jack for you if you don't tear the muscle fibers through rigourous weight training. The way you bulk up is from hard lifting to tear the muscle fibers and then give your body optimum nutrition to build up more muscle where the fiber tears occurred.

If you dedicated yourself to lifting then I suggest what has always worked for me. Creatine monohydrate, whey protein (fast digestion protein), a good multi vitamin, and if you got the money to spend BCAA's(you get most of these BCAA's in they whey protein but when I go hard I like to stack), cottage cheese (slow digesting protein) and plenty of carbs.

For the supplements I buy from nutrabio.com, they have superior products at low prices. You dont pay for a bunch of advertising like for GNC.

Eat a big breakfast and be sure to take in calories atleast every 3 hours of wake time. Eat the cottage cheese with whatever before bed time so that the casein does a slow-release of protein to your muscles while you sleep. When I go hard I even mix a big container of whey powder, cottage cheese and ice and leave it on my nightstand next to they big. If I wake up in the middle of the night for any reason I take a few gulps of that, doesnt taste bad but the texture can make you hurl, I'm used to it though.

Any other questions, just ask...

150 push ups day and night is where it's at. You'll be swole in no time bro.

Don't lift any heavy weights at all. You'll turn into Ronnie in overnight, and get big "bulky" muscles. Girls don't like that, bro.

You could also go get some pink dumbbells from walmart. Any heavy and you'll get big and bulky like I said, use the pink ones and get dem toned sexy muscles you've always wanted.

You are a fucking idiot.

What I do when I want to bulk up is eat lots of ice cream, make sure you put shit in your ice cream because just eating it plain isnt enough. Add things like;

Peanuts
Gummy Bears
Reeses
Snickers Bars
Ground Beef
Chocalate Syrup
Cookie Crunchies
Sprinkles
Butter
Bacone Bits
Etc.....

So, you want to make a significant transformation to your body but you don't want to go to a gym and you don't want to change your diet aside from adding 1 measily meal a day?

Won't happen.

Get your sorry ass in a gym, grow some balls. No one gives a fuck if you're a puny skinny twig trying to lift weights. You won't get made fun of.

I don't give a shit if you do 5,000 pushups a day, it's not going to put on a lot of muscle. You need more than the resistance of your body to put on a decent amount of muscle, you'll only get that with free weights.

3 meals a day? Try 6. While initially the diet isn't as important as crushing weight in the gym, it will definitely help.

Workout with heavy weights, low rep 10-8-6(As I call it "shocking the body", if one of my friends dares to hit the gym with me), eat, + doing it consistently. It will take some time.
Creatine will help by filing you up with water a little, if you want quicker results.

1) get a gym membership

2) get some of this stuff :

Mark Rippetoe all the way ***Rippetoe's Starting Strength FAQ*** - Bodybuilding.com Forums

It's basically all core body workouts: squats, bench, deadlift, rows, and chin ups

Also, consume 1k more calories than your reg. Body building is 90% nutrition. Its not uncommon to gain like 20 pounds in the first month or 2 with this program.

Recommend starting strength, am doing it atm. If not starting strength check out StrongLifts 5x5: Ultimate Strength & Muscle Building Program | StrongLifts.com

although its pretty much just the same thing.

If you don't want to go to the gym good luck..... you better have some decent equipment at home.

This. You need to lift heavy weight and increase your calories. I went from 160 to 175 in 2 months doing this.

Its not rocket science

Eat constantly, medium sized meals every 3 hours
Lift heavy weights- Deadlifts, Squats and Bench Press

95% of it right there. Pushups won't do jackshit for you

Alright, thanks guys. That helps heaps, you've answered a heap of my questions.

Alright, so what sorta meals should I be eating? Lotsa eggs, proteins, etc?

Looks like I have to join a gym. I'm only living here for 4 more months, and the gyms are either like fortnightly or annually.

What sorta weight should I start out on for like deadlift, benchpress, squats?

I read that you should do a few reps with heavy ass weights for benchpress, is that correct?

Go to bodybuilding.com forum and/or watch videos on youtube for certain muscle groups. I dont make my workouts into science, I like to enjoy them. Same goes for my food. Life is short.

Egg whites and chicken breast + pull ups, push ups, squat jumps, sit ups - if you don't want to go to the gym.

Mass gainers for the win. Hit the gym 5 days a week. Take mass gainers and protein supplement shakes ... try to put down 3500-5000 calories a day. Make sure to work your ass off though or mass gainers just turn to fat.

You can do it bro.
