What is the best place in the United States for a low cost office lease of 10 people and expanding?

Try Regus.com. We use their virtual office services but they also have offices for businesses and conference rooms with decent rates

Thanks Palta yeah Reg is typically good for small virtual locations. I should have been more specific. I'm looking for 1,000+ sq feet for full-time incoming phone help personnel.

I'm specifically looking for American city/state combinations with decent prices/square foot.

Louisville Kentucky Bra, 16th largest city, great place to get cheap labor, although they might not have a full set of teeth or be able to spell to wel

Cali - Compton or Watts both have reasonably priced locations.
Texas - 5th Ward area in Houston is pretty cheap. Also, anywhere in Laredo or other border towns can be had as well.
Florida - Definitely the Liberty City neighborhood of Miami is a good place to check out.
Nevada - lots of desert locations that can be had cheap.
Arizona - Again, stick to the border areas.
New York - South Bronx

Good luck.

Excellent thank you; I'll research all of these

lmao you don't want an office in any of those areas. I think that was a joke or something. All in the straight hood ghetto. Spring the extra bucks and don't worry about getting robbed in your own parking lot.

Downtown Orlando FL might be a good choice. I remember when I lived there there was tons of competition for jobs, so you have a big labor pool to choose from. Not sure if you're doing call center stuff, but there's tons of that also due to the huge Timeshare Industry.

Plus the Downtown and Lake Eola are real nice areas to live. New Condos and not too expensive since they overbuilt. avoid anything West of I-4 though, lol.

Then again if I were in your shoes I'd say fuck it and setup in Miami or San Diego. For Miami, check out Coconut Grove, great area. You could hire some UMiami students/interns for cheap. In SD, look into the areas near UCSD and USD, can also hire College students/Interns for reasonable wages.

These are more expensive areas, but you could sacrifice by getting a Class B or C commercial property in exchange for a nice location and better living overall
