not a good dude compared to who? the guy brought his country from the poorest in africa to among the richest. Libya was 53 on the human development index last year. The most developed African nation. Ahead of Russia, Ukraine, Serbia, Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Turkey.

He killed people, sure. He's no angel. No leader is an angel. Every leader kills people. He picked on some and neglected others. That's what happens. These things come with the job description. Especially in places with tribal history still affecting current politics.

You do know who and what will be left behind if he is permanently ousted? Nothing better than Gaddafi. That is 100% guaranteed.

The impression that I'm getting is that most people in Libya like him and didn't want to see him go. Who the fuck are we to decide for that country who should rule. Our support for this bullshit is what brings about attacks against our country and it has to fucking stop.

I think the premise is that the people of Libya like their leader. No one wanted to hurt him unless you mean a CIA assassin or something.

Cool video. I'd love it if I could talk with someone from Libya though and get their over all impression of what's going on over there. Seems like the video is pretty accurate though.
