"In 2008, the Securities and Exchange Commission charged the company with making fraudulent misrepresentations to clients. The company settled the dispute by paying a $950,000 fine.[28]"

I don't really know if they're to be trusted or not, I think etrade is a more trusted company.
brokers are like SEOs. if they're good, why would they be working for someone else?

Yikes.....
It would be great if I could find a broker that is honest and would do my trading for me as I do not want to spend hours in front of the computer ( i already do enough of that already with IM)
would not mind paying for this either.
If you want someone to invest money for you than you probably shouldn't be looking at discount brokerages. With most discount online brokerages you don't even get a personal broker. You just get low comission trades and some free basic research tools.
If you want someone to be investing your money for you with consistent double digit returns every year then you should be looking at things like hedge funds instead. But the requirements to invest in one maybe a little steep for some.
Any respectable hedge fund would need you to have a net worth at least $1 million excluding your home, make at least $250,000 a year and have minimum investment amounts of $500,000 or so.
thanks Man will look into hedge funds right now. anyone specific you would reccomened ?
