Sometimes this shit just cracks me up.

Nah, it's legit. I gave them my bank details of a - she's already taken the (very small) fee, and made a small deposit in return. I'm just waiting for the rest of my monies to arrive in the next week or so.

It looks like a Nigerian Scam but isn't. There are some issues you need to be careful of. There's a site on where people have been reporting how they got round them here .
 
It's a setup by the US government. If you reply with the information they'll make a deposit. After you receive the deposit a drone will attack your house and kill you and your family. They can do this to US citizens without a trail, because you'll be classified as an enemy combatant.

Just recently a fellow WF member posted the same with the sender being one of the Gaddafi sons. Or a Nigerian scammer that is....
