Goal Setting 101

Am I the only one that noticed that April O'Neil was the name of that hot red-head reporter From Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?

That chick above is definitely NOT April O'Neil! -Lying Skank.

OP: Less talk more walk. & I agree with Dr. Ngo, you need bigger goals. -But quantifying them was a good start. Always keep your short and long term goals defined & fully quantified.

Make sure you don't just fucking sit on your computer and work all day long by yourself. Network with people. You might reach your goal alone but it will take you 4x longer. Go out there and find a group of guys at your level and help each other out if you want to succeed fast.

Just my 0.02

Don't set your goals as material objects or things. It can only do so much for you. Better to think of goals such as "finally being independent" or achieving financia security or peace of mind. What is this house for?

+1

I guess everyone's different, but for most I doubt just wanting a nice car or house is enough to give you the motivation / ambition needed to make decent coin online. You gotta want something a little more than that.

I wish I started at 21. You will get there. Just don't be afraid to make mistakes and lose some money on the way. That's how you learn.

I didn't just lost some of it I lost all of it. I learned, oh boy I learned.

Lost everything after 4 years, living back home with parents, feels bad man, but I don't regret anything.

Just trying to figure out what the I'm doing with my life next haha

Fuck all the materialism bro, I want the freedom of choice back, to do whatever the fuck I want when I want.

You have three years worth of knowledge to use now. That's a major advantage over a lot of people just starting out - what's even better, you started young which means you have plenty of time to fuck up and keep trying.

600k in 6 years? That really is small-time bro. Look to achieve that in 2, realistically if you apply yourself correctly. Perhaps even one, if you know what you're doing now. Like everyone else has said, don't just sit and read, you do have to "jump in" and get started; it's the quickest and most effective way of finding out what works and what doesn't.

I know dat feel.

What did you do? How'd you get past it?

I feel the same way as you. I don't regret any failures I accumulated but I hate this moment, where I'm not growing as fast as I used to.

By getting past it, are you asking if I get past the regret? If you mean getting back on my feet, you just sorta spend time reflex anything you could think of on papers and move on to solutions. I'm not on the same level as I used to but still progressing slowly, and that's all that matter.
