I listen to pretty much anything but I'm a big fan of rap/hip-hop/r&b music so I'm partial to that but I would have to say one of the best songs on the radio right now is Bone Thugs and Harmony ft. Akon - I Tried. If you havent heard, give it a listen.
 


funny. i JUST heard that song on the radio when i was out playing frisbee with my dog for the first time, not a bad song

As one of the 10 non hicks here does anyone still listen to FM radio?

Anyway, there isn't any good new music on the radio. Older music is much better. Stuff from the 70's and 80's especially. Perhapssome decent alternative but I dont care much for rap or hip hop.

I enjoy some old school Hed PE, as well as some Incubus. Just recently have I started mass downloading torrent files of such classics as Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, AIC, Tool, STP, and Foo Fighters.

On a related note, can anyone dispute that Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters are quite possibly the most underrated artist/band of our generation? Reflect.

I don't think they are underrated at all - they are generally acknowledged as being a great band and they are fuckin amazing live :D. I just don't think they'll ever escape the shadow of Nirvana.

Don't get me wrong, I fuckin love Nirvana but I doubt they would have been as big if either: Kurt was still alive or he was an ugly fucker!
 
I really don't think the Foo Fighters are underrated either. I really like a lot of their music. They've also put out some music that's just not that great.

But they definitely got credit for "The Colour And The Shape". They have put out some kick ass music, and I think they've escaped the shadow of Nirvana. They just haven't put anything out recently that I can get too excited about.
