Maybe this is off subject, I'm not for separatism, I'm far from racist, but what I don't get is why is it perfectly ok for a Mexican to have 'brown pride' tattooed across his chest? But if a white guy had 'white pride' across his, suddenly he is dubbed a white supremacist and a menace to society?

History do show that white people very good at conquer other people, take land, take resource and sometime make them work for little to no money.

Can go back day of Alexander Great who conquer Europe and part Asia. Then have Rome empire that conquer Europe, part Asia and part Africa.

Later have Great Britian who conquer parts Americas, Middle East, Asia, Africa, and all Australia.

Most recent is USA who take land from Native Indians of America, Mexicans and Native Hawaiis.

I'm all for racial separatism or integration. Multi-culturalism in the west has been a massive fail, but that doesn't mean people shouldn't keep trying to find new ways to innovate the gene and social pools.

Markets naturally check racism and all discrimination to a degree. If you discriminate too much, you lose market share. Lose enough market share, and you're under capitalized. Lack of capital is devastating in business. In other words, excessive discrimination = bankruptcy unless discrimination confines itself to very niche markets.

That said, discrimination is normal, natural and I would argue healthy. It is what keeps us as a species from super hot, super smart people mating with troglodyte morons and making hybrid dragon children.

MMA fighter Cain Velasquez has a "brown pride" tattoo and there has been some controversy over it. I would guess that a person with a "color pride" tattoo is more likely to be racist than someone with "Mexican pride" or "Irish pride."

Niche marketing vs mainstream marketing. There is no need for a magazine devoted solely to nude white women because Playboy, Penthouse and Hustler already provide enough of that content.

If 10% of Americans were white in 1980, then maybe White Entertainment Television would have been created, and it would obviously have been to fill a void, and not to promote white supremacism.

The Nashville Network came out a few years after BET. 80% of the people in Nashville are white, yet they were 99% of those on the channel, but nobody gave a shit or complained about it.

White people are the most mixed up, mongrelised group in existence. The idea of "racial purity" for white people is totally nonsensical.

The reason that white Europeans dominated the 2nd millennium in the west is that they integrated and amalgamated other cultures and peoples so much. Every time there was a war or invasion (i.e. constantly), people ended up intermingling.

The average British person probably has Norman, Celtish, Pictish, Roman, Viking, Angle, Saxon, Gaulish, and Greek ancestors, amongst others. Other European countries will be a different mix, but similar diversity.

I'm all for integration (I'm married to an indian). You end up with much cuter kids.

For all practical concern, white people dominate because they are the majority. There are still Black, Hispanic, Latino, etc. CEO's, Executives, and so forth, just in smaller numbers.

Here I go talking about something I know nothing about. But somewhere in my public school ghetto education they discussed people in colder climates as a group having to industrialize to survive. Not the harshest climates because you cannot get ahead of the prgram, but cold climates Northern Europe etc.

When you live in these climates you have to innovate to survive - right? Not to mention the abundance of natural resources available.

I mean it would not take much skill to survive in the area now known as Newport Beach, CA 200-2000 years ago.

I hear you on the double standard. But it is a societal over reaction to not just slavery that was some time ago, but crap, all the segregation and hate is in your parents, or in the case of WF, your grandparents generations.

It was in the 50's, the 60's, even the 70's where there was a lot of turmoil and incredible racism all over the nation. It simply was not that long ago. Civil Rights Act was 1964. Many blacks of today are only a generation or two out of major racism. Of course they bought into the welfare society which ruined them more but that is another argument.

My wife's parents had all their possessions and land taken from them with the Japanese internments. That was a massive taking of wealth. Their little check form the govt hardly replaced the hundreds of acres taken from them that are now filled with shopping centers, track houses, etc.

It's worth noting that blacks and others are still being affected by the after effects of racism in America.

Hmm...a couple things:

1) Brown Pride is the name of a gang based in Nashville, TN. Their main rival was another mexican gang, forgot the name. So "brown pride" didn't really racially align themselves with anyone. I watched a documentary on it, but I also forgot its name.

2) Why would you give CPR to a choking person?
