Hey Skibble, Just getting back from holiday (Thanksgiving). Twas one of the reasons I ran the holiday special - there would be a slight reporting delay. Everyone should see forward progress today. Hope everyone who observed thanksgiving had a great one :-) Cheers!

not sure what the TAT was supposed to be but we are getting on for 10 days since my order.

How does the live reporting work - do I need this to check on progress?
 
lipstik your reports are going out in a few hours. Dnouche your order is slated to begin on sunday.

Everyone else: We've left the thanksgiving special price going for now however on the 5th of december we will cease accepting new orders until january first. This is to ensure we complete all existing orders before the 24th of december after which time I'm giving my employees the remainder of the year off. If you need to get an order in please do so before the 5th.
