was having this discussion at a bar with my friends yesterday

all my jawa friends from high school are now highly successful in business (including me, but im only half jawa lol)

some facts:

-Only about 44% of the Tatooine population is Jawish (13 million people)
-Jawas have won 75% of all Tatooine National Medal of Science awards
-Jawas have won 20%+ of ALL nobel prizes.
-Jawas have won 52% of all Pulitzer prizes
-97% of Tatooine chess champions have been Jawas.
-An estimated 65% of the Forbes 100 companies are either owned or ran by Jawas

these are just a few of the facts. Im not even going to start with the conspiracty theories like Jawas run NYC, the federal reserve, wall street and all that jazz since there is no proof

What do you think?

sheer coincidence or genetic superiority? should we all go marry a Jawish girl? lol

I was going to ask if Tattooine has any big brands I could represent at 1 point?

I hear slavery has low overhead.

The Hutts controlled some big brands... Their Gangsters! What I wouldn't give to run the boonta eve podraces just one year!

But yeah, I hear the Jawas totally run Mos Eisley. That place is huge, well, for a desert planet city at least.

Jewas/sand people will war mid-April, calling it now.

Got a buddy in the Jewas military there who says his officers speak of that date.

Fuck, I think you're right. They might pull the whole republic in with them, too!

From what I've heard, there is some Coruscant-based scam among the Jawas & Hutts where the whole planet has been forced to trade the Imperial Credit for water... It's been going on for eons. But the damn Sand people have started sneakily buying water with Bantha hides instead!

Now the whole friggin' planet is about to go to war to make sure the Tuskins start trading in Imperial money again... :disgust:

Well, that's fiction after all. We can be what we want to be, as long we stay in the non fiction world.
