i read a post on here by evelynds where he claimed he can buy any ccTLD with a trademark. i'd like to do this for a bunch of countries (.co.th, .jp, .fr, etc) but haven't found any place online that offers the service evelynds was referring to. anybody every try something like this? if so, how'd you go about it?

here's evelynds post:

"name 1 'impossible' country and i'll have a domain there in 72 hours max. i have .ca .it .no .ir .fr already and i neither live nor own companes in either
nothing is impossible you are a fool if you believe that will stop capitalists from invading your comfort zone serps
edit; i'll just lay it out here. if you own patents you can register domains anywhere you want. us$50 per domain per year to a trademark organization and they'll register your domains f ing everywhere.
secondly if registrars give you shit - become your own registrar. my company is licensed to register domains and purchase ip space anywhere from chile to iraq."

Reminds me of the super-star developer we had bragging on WF yesterday. The more he brags, the dumber he sounds.

His company is licensed to purchase IP space anywhere in the world. Fuck yeah! That doesn't even mean anything, except that he doesn't understand the very basics of the internet.

And no, there's no service that will register all of your country specific domain extensions. If it was possible, guys like GoDaddy would be doing it. Every country has their own laws / restrictions for handing out their domains.
