I like how he commits a chain of 7 major crimes including arson and assault, then actually bothers to buy food in lieu of just stealing it.

I mean technically he did steal it because he used the stolen credit cards, but why even bother with the inconvenience of waiting for and paying the check?

If I were a criminal I imagine that would be the perk, not waiting for the check.

Maybe he was forced to these "jobs" for a debt he couldn't pay. If he told anyone about the "arrangement" or didn't do the jobs his family would be killed.

Yeah, he was not in it for the profit, if he was he would have done one or two things and stay low after... why the headlines focus on the results rather than the unclear motive, media sucks.

i call bullshit, GTA is most fun when you are elaborate and sneaky and cunning in your debauchery. anyone can lock themselves in a cluckinbell and shoot cops until the tank rolls by, but spending 7-full-in-game-days at a constant 2 stars wanted (when they're shooting at you, but not really giving too much of a fuck), my friend, that takes some finesse.
