I just got an email from a fairly pissed off Shawn Collins about how some of you have been abusing the code we gave out to get a free pass to Affiliate Summit East from WickedFire.
First off.. let me remind you that the code is only meant for WickedFire members, not your girlfriends, wives, husbands, boyfriends or friends UNLESS you get permission from ME.
Second, if you don't have a company name, don't be an asshole and use some totally obvious or overly profane name, and if you use "WickedFire" or anything with our name in it, of course they will know you are lying, and be suspicious.
Third, if you think we get money from the code, then you're a fucking tool. We don't make anything. There is no affiliate program tied to that code even, and if there were an affiliate program being used, the code would not have been in letters, it would have looked more like "AID?=45345". You are in this industry, you should know better!
Fourth and last... When I say YOU HAVE TO EMAIL ME WITH YOUR FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, AND WICKEDFIRE USERNAME I'm not just writing it because I love to type out the extra words, I say it because if you aren't on this verified list as being a real member, then your ass is not getting in. Well, maybe you can get in, but it won't be for free, if they don't sell out then they will make you pay at least $300 per ticket, regardless of whatever "code" you used.
So because there are so many fucking idiots in this industry that clearly do not know how to follow instructions, I told Shawn to just void the code (which he said he is doing anyhow because of the enormous number of registrations on that code that are clearly from stupid fuckers) and instead, we'll do it the hard way and this goes for EVERYONE.
Here are the rules. If you don't read them and follow them, don't bother showing up, because I will delete every entry from someone who fucks up again.

Step 2: We will first make sure you are a real member (members who registered as a member in June 2007 will be judged seperately)
Step 3: We'll send you the new dynamic code that will be good for only ONE registration.
IF you are bringing a friend or gf/bf/spouse then you must contact me for permission first before you register them, because like I said before...
IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE LIST, YOU WILL EITHER BE PAYING FOR THE PASS YOURSELF, OR YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BE ADMITTED INTO THE CONFERENCE.
I can assure you, they won't have a problem turning you away. They did it to plenty of people at Affiliate Summit West in Vegas, including some members here who didn't verify their information with me when I reminded them to do it many many times.
