Adknowledge - Mostly parked page traffic, converts like shit.
7Search - Just send me your money and I'll spend it on hookers and blow and send you some photos to jerk off too. Much better value for your money.

Lot of invalid clicks, not from the publishers alone, their system itself is shady.
I've always done well with Adknowledge. It's not a fire and forget kinda thing though. You need to be in communication with your account manager and affiliate manager. There's a performance score that I work with my account manager to keep up. I just make sure he understands my lists/subIDs. The other thing I do is work with my affiliate manager to look at the current bids and budgets for categories and make sure I'm doing daily drops to categories that have good bids and still have a budget.
It works if you work it.
See that guy? That's adwords. See the grains of sand? OFC you don't because they are so small and meaningless, those are the competitors to adwords.
