Russell Rockefeller Threatens HeavyT w/ Trademark Suit For Use of "Super Affiliates"

Some of you may know about the drama of Russel "douche of the internet" Rockefeller's "Super Affiliates" facebook group getting shut down. He then took his gaggle of retards over to his premium "superaffiliates.pro" forum which nobody uses, while Morgan made a new facebook group. Well now apparently russel is trying to trademark "Super Affiliates" while at the same time having 0 understanding of how trademark law works. Here's what morgan posted earler:

I wanted to let everyone know that russell rockefeller is trying to get this group deleted and taken down as well as through others had me contacted by mods of his superaffiliates.pro group and has contacted one of the admins of this group that I would get sued if I would not change the name of this facebook group. After 100 members you cannot change the name of facebook groups. He has now gone to the lengths of registering the trademark "Super Affiliates" in an attempt to possibly sue me and get this group removed on grounds of trademark infringement.

I created this group not knowing there were 9 others like it popping up on the same day after the original was deleted and after russell had said he was done with facebook groups all together. So i figured why not i wanna get back to business and stop trolling and being a dick like I was in the old one and assume the responsibility of running a group such as this. I have allowed him and his members to advertise his website here without ill will due to him starting the original group and giving us a place on facebook to do business originally.

Since the this group was started and russell's website I've had people troll russell and his group claiming to be me and in retaliation had people prank me and my number calling all hours of the night, had people I do business with get pranked by people claiming it was me, have people I don't do business with pranked claiming it was me, and even had call backs from hotels, massage places, hookers, etc.

Below is the trademark he filed with the uspto on may 11th. I've kept quiet about everything but I wanted to let everyone know whats going on now. I been really tired of the drama ever since this started that I been getting for doing nothing but trying to foster a positive networking environment.

go to United States Patent and Trademark Office click trademarks in the upper right click basic word search enter in "super affiliates" and click the first live one. If you look at the person who filed the trademark is optin plus russells company.
