to be a business? I don't. In spite making a lot of money everyday with my site I see no need to incorporate or deal with any of the red tape. The nice adsense check comes to my address every month and that works for me. :D

Some people get too involved into trying to establish a 'business' and as a result they waste time on EIN's, forms, letterheads, business cards, and so on. :error:

Business is bureaucracy which is slow and deficient.

Maybe if I ever make enough I'll form an INC but no need to got through the hassle. :repuke:

A statistic is that 80% of businesses will fail and this doesn't shock me. With all the effort involved in getting the business up and running how do have time to turn a profit? :bigear:

Thats the great thing about the web. You don't need an established business presence to make money. Just a webpage, some ads, and some traffic and you're in business. The money rolls right in. :xomunch: :yin-yang:

So do you treat this as a bull scale business or more of a hobby? :bigear:

I consider it like I consider your mom on a saturday night, purley BUISNESS. :rasta:

BG are you serious?

You just stated this shit previously

I really do make $800 a day with a myspace resource site and I provided info which helped some people. :bigear:

If you are making that kinda cash and rolling it thru your SSN you are a fucking idiot. Anyone making any kind of legit money should be smart enough to understand the legal protection and the tax benefits from having a company established.

This isn't a fucking imaginary world, it's real life, figure it out.

I consider it a business but like you I don't incorporate. I suppose if it ever got really big I would incorporate to protect my personal assets, etc. but for the time being I dont see a need for that.

I have an EIN because most of the adult sponsors are too cheap to set up SSL on their log-in pages. Have a dba for checking account, but still just a sole proprietor. Eventually I'll probably set up an LLC or a corp, but not right now. Maybe next year. Right now, I have no assets to protect besides my TiVo. And if anyone tries to take that from me, I will just shoot him. In the face. :)

I Don't have a DBA/LLC/CORP yet, and make some decent money. I'm pushing to grow a few sites by the end of the year, so as a new years resolution, I will go get a LLC. I do consider what I do a business though. I work 5 days a week, sometimes more, at least 5 hours a day, and I make a good living. I guess I could be doing what other 22 year olds around here are doing.... getting drunk and working fast food. But, I live off what I do, so thats good for me ;)

I agree with shotzy, BG = a fucking idiot.

If people are doing any real money per day then they better get a team together immediately (at least a lawyer, accountant and financial planner) and get a business formed the right way... otherwise it could get expensive and messy :)

I have two S-Corps and one C-Corp and I wouldn't even consider starting over without them. They are relatively cheap and relatively easy to organize.

Talk to your team so you can figure out how and why you need to organize your business. Neither an S-Corp or a C-Corp is the best in all cases.

You sound like someone who wishes he could make money online but can't. No need to hate. :xomunch::)
damn troll ...just go to dp or something ....you'll have more friends there and maybe they will even believe you.....:repuke:
Hoping i will not see your lame posts/threads from now on...

I'm sure this has been posted before, but when I read this thread I couldn't help but respond, and if it has been posted, you obviously didn't read it, because your still defending your point.

You said 80% of businesses fail. I believe that statistic is talking about physical businesses with physical products and an actual shop. Once you figure out what you're doing, its pretty hard to fail. Which is my guess as to why some of the members on this forum make six figures a month.

People don't just apply to become a business because they wake up one day and say "Daaammmn, I have a shitload of money... I should create a biznaz". You incorperate so that when somebody gets pissed off at you, they can only sue you for the worth of your business, and not everything you own. Such as your house/car/private island.

Its up to you weather you do it or not obviously but you have to be one dumb shit not to.

You have no need to incorporate because you're full of shit and you make no money.

You're a troll and your threads are deficient of reality.

Anyone who listens to him should go visit Steve Celestes blog and make membership site and turn them for $25k in a month:error:
