if you paid you should be able to go back to BST and just click "create a new thread" button and it will let you make a thread.

I started a dispute for $67 like 4 days ago. I didn't even feel like tracking the asshole down so I figured that would bring him to me and cause me the least amount oh headache. And of course, I Mohammad Dirka or whatever his name was knocking on my email door in under 12 hours. He fixed the issue and I caneled the dispute, it's a beautiful thing. Plus since I spend disgusting amounts of money in paypal they are pretty good to me.
Have you ever used the personal rep you get when you send lots of money through them? I've never had the need, but wondered wtf they could do for me.
Maybe he DID publish your thread, but nobody can see it because you're a ninja, and everyone knows they are invisible?
