Gaining stomach fat - any suggestions?

I was looking at one on Saturday ... €179.99 ... hmmmmm ....

I got a 50.00 Hamiliton Beach one off of amazon. Granted it's not one of the posh posh ones but it still gets the job done. I'm not sure you should spend alot of money on something until you tried it anyway.
 


just wanted to check into this thread to say that I just had Alaskan king crab mac and cheese with drawn butter and Yakima smoked sea salt paired with a white ale. Then I had a red devil cheesecake shake for dessert (well technically I'm still working on that - got it to go).

You always hear people saying "I did 7000 sit ups today to lose weight around my belly". It doesn't work like that.

But anyway, while it's true you can't cherry pick the body location for your weightloss, there are things that will place itself there, such as alcohol. So stay away from that. It's called a beer belly for a reason

This is also a very good point. Weight is very easy to put on, especially around certain areas. Yet can prove difficult to lose for some people.
 
I've got a slim body shape but over the last 6 months I've gone from 32 to 34 inch waste and I'm nervous that I'm going to turn into a fat bastard if I don't do something soon.

My diet hasn't changed. I eat ok, probably a bit heavy on the carbs, 3 slices of bread per day maybe, pasta 4 or 5 times per week.

I do some weights in my garage gym and walk as often as possible, but nothing more intense than that.

Any advice on how the quickest way to strip away the stomach fat?

keep your lifestyle and record what you eat for a week. its sufficient to just keep the calories because theres not more to gaining weight than calories. after that week, do the bear crossfit workout every other day but dont eat more. by week 3, youre cured.
 
Just do cardio 1hr/day everyday starting today.

Eat less calories and only lean meat + vegetables.

You'll lose that belly sooner than you know it.
 
Eat small meals every couple of hours to keep you metabolism up.

Breakfast: scrambled egg (two whole eggs, three whites)
Meal 2: palm size portion of lean meat, good carb (sweet potato), broccoli
Meal 3: as above
Meal 4: As above
Evening meal: Lean meat or fish and veg (no carbs)
Evening snack: Rice cakes and cottage cheese

Excersise twice a day even if its just a brisk walk

I'm just finishing the Kriss Gethin 12 week total transform programme from BB.com which is based around eating often and working out intensively and have completely lost my gut i was putting on and replaced it with a decent six pack. Feel a lot better as well.
