People have an innate desire to fight for/against things. No matter how good people have it, there will always be douchebags that MUST complain and rail against something.

Quebecois students don't give a fuck that other provinces are paying 2 or 3 times more for tuition. They also give less of a fuck that U.S. students are paying 10 times more. However, they do give a major fuck that European students are paying zero. That's what they want. Quebec always wanted to be like Europe, in all aspects.
