I'm a new member here and not sure if I'm entitled to having my own thread in the paid classifieds?

I paid and created a thread on the weekend and it's still nowhere to be seen yet...Is this normal or my account is not eligible, yet I was charged for no reason anyway?

Then tried to post a reply and it said it has to be approved by a moderator before being published...

What do you I need to do to have a "normal account"? Is it based on post count/registration period or what is it?
