The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;
If tens of millions coming here isn't an invasion, idk what is? Also the "United States" did not protect ANY "state" let alone every state from this invasion. Congress has failed to pass any kind of serious federal immigration legislation in years while Obama has been deporting illegals at twice the rate of the Bush administration and he's overseen the lowest influx numbers in several years. There is no need to be upset. It was just a polite request. There are other, more creative ways of referring to these parasites without using such epithets.

The solution is temporary worker visas that allowed us to fill the unwanted jobs with legal immigrants would naturally lower the demand for cheap foreign labor and thus disincentivize illegal migration.
Let them stay. If the only reason to oust them is because of our laws, realize those laws were put in place by the state. The state is illegitimate. If we are to recognize its laws on this matter, it must first demonstrate its legitimacy.

But suppose the data verify this is the case. Would it not be better to revisit the notion of forcibly taking property from some and giving it to others than to simply boot the recipients? The state redistributes wealth.
Look beyond the state. It is illegitimate.
