Arab dating sites in arabic language (allowed or not?)

Hi, we are going to create new arab dating site in english. Is allowed also to create arab dating site in arabic language? We don´t want to break the law and arabic rules.

I'm sure you are aware that the internet owned fully by the US. If you are creating a website which the US Government may perceived as a terrorist meeting place then they may confiscate your site or worse get you arrested.

To alleviate this suspicion, and you should also inform your friends about this, any, and I mean any websites that you creates now or in the future must be in English, even if the sites are strictly for Arabs. In fact, you would do well to covert any of your old sites to English as well.

First you must know that are you allowed to open site in arabic in your country.Arab laws are different,so know everything before starting a site.
 
I need to open arab dating only for arabic countries. I check many arab datings in english on internet, but I´m afraid of US Government. Do you have some experiences with dating sites or other similar sites in arabian countries?
