You guys make your employees sign Non-Disclosures?

i dont think non competes even scare people.

Most employees dont read the handbook or benefits, let alone remember they signed a non compete or NDA 9 months into their job.

Yeah I have both but they're only one year. While I need enough time separation so clients can know they're no longer with my company. However outside of the noncom/nondisc every employee I've had to let go I encourage them to use their skills as stay in the industry and even offer to help them. I'm just very clear on what lines they're not allowed to cross.
