Thanks man ;D. I play poker online usually for a few hrs a day. I just like it. My first goal was 5k chips to 100k, after that it was trying to figure out how to calculate odds on the fly. I came up with a general rule (only play 10 + faces and up, mostly my variation of TAG). Most of it is patience.

Just clarifying something about TAG(tight and agressive), I really only played hands I was > 90% sure were going to win. On the flop, if I paired with the highest card then I was in, otherwise if I was holding for example 5,5 to 10,10, I'd make it very expensive to see the flop. A lot of it was luck but fuck it, check this out:
As you can see, I won 46 out of 108 hands played. That number includes all the blinds I had to drop in. 42.5% win ain't too shabby. I got rocked a few times (was at 400k and a girl owned me down to 32K, my A J two pair lost to a flush, yuuukkk). Anyway, always happy for pointers. Holla at me.

This was 2-3 years ago when poker was my only source of income, got burnt out and said fuck it about the same time I started getting interested in IM. Was playing on mostly full tilt too so i got lucky I got out when I did.
And this is, of course, my hottest run of cards ever over a 9k~ stretch. hence why i saved this beautiful fucking graph. wish i had my database over all time still.

fuuuck this just made me miss playing poker online. Can you still play online if your from the states without jumping through too many hoops?
