You're thinking of the nasal sprays like Afrin and the Vicks spray. Those have harmful chemicals and should only be used in extreme moderation. They are also highly addictive and you have to eventually use more and more of them over time for it to work, as it damages the nasal passages.
However, we're talking about the natural saline sprays. They won't do any harm and you can use them as often as you want. Hell, you could snort a bottle in a day and it's not going to do any harm. It's basically just salt water.
