I think this graph makes it obvious when the problem started. Shooting myself in the foot as this account (my 2nd) was started right at the time where I'm trying to make a point, but oh well. It didn't get all that bad until mid-2010 or so IMO:

I am for to answering your question. We being wicked fire community have become soft plushy sheeples. In the past Jon would not have had to ban people for this crap because we the community would have for to not put up shits like this.
