It might be anything small: maybe your local barber does something out of the box which get him extra money or a simple product you were impressed with.
Let me start.
BANIA TAXI owner of a this tiny taxi corporation spotted a problem: taxi drivers don't want to carry drunk (especially very drunk) people as they misbehave, are noisy, making trouble and vomit in the car. So his small company started to offer taxi services for drunk people only. Investment was small. Cars have their seats well covered so passengers may vomit inside. Drivers have a set of things which help cure hangover (Aspirin, water bla bla bla). So owner re-branded his company giving it easy to remember, funny name (BANIA - in Polish it describes the state of being drunk). First local, then national media caught up giving him free advertisement as his company story was covered in TV news (similar services were created in other cities). Little twist to standard taxi services - big result. (this idea is very old, don't know if it still works for owner and if there were similar before it).
