I doubt it. My guess this is a new and improved features from the awesome coders over at cloudfag.
Now if WF is being DDos'd, and this is how they are keeping the site up. I will be the first to stand up and apologize. Maybe even send a thank you to the boys over @ Cloudflare. Based on past experience this seems highly unlikely

It's not a new feature. It did the exact same thing last time Nanexo ddos'd the site.

The site owner has to turn this feature on (we don't have this on by default). If a site is under a DDoS attack, this is a feature to try and help keep them up.

Looks like they keep making CloudFlare better. Now all the sudden, your greeted with this lovely new timer and a 5 second wait every-time WF is opened.
