Doesn't look too bad. If anything, this quake is a good thing. Hit in a sparsely populated area, and was large enough to relieve some stress so a massive earthquake in a heavily populated area is less likely now.
No immediate reports of damage, and tsunami warning is for:
All low population areas, and nothing that looks like it's going to affect my parents. They might of got shaken around a little bit, but they'll be fine.

On a weather-related note, my aunt lived in the Bay Area for many years, and moved back here about 10 yrs ago. We had a minor earthquake (New Madrid fault) a few yrs ago and everyone except she was freaking out. But she will freak out when we have thunderstorms and won't drive in the rain.
